Haven’t use the Pomodoro technique this morning. And it turned out to be a highly distracted morning. So when I have multiple computers and multiple screens at work, having a focus goal makes the extra screen serves well. But if I don’t have any goal, the extra screens are all just distractions.

The Castaway gem sounds promising on generating screencast with Ruby script and a recorded narrative. I’m giving it a try and see how to work comparing to my current screenflow workflow.
